1.超聲波換能器受潮。一般用兆歐表檢查和換能器相連接的插頭,檢查換能器正負極間的絕緣電阻值就可以判斷。一般要求絕緣電阻大于30兆歐以上。如果達不到這個絕緣電阻值,很可能是換能器受潮。

維修方法是把換能器整體(不包括噴塑外殼)放進烘箱設定100℃左右,烘干三小時或者使用電吹風去潮阻值正常為止。換能器振子打火,陶瓷材料碎裂。維修時可以用肉眼和兆歐表結合檢查。一般作為應急處理的措施,可以把個別損壞的換能器斷開,不會影響到別的換能器正常使用。

2.換能器脫膠。我們知道大多數廠家采用膠粘的方式固定換能器,但超聲波清洗機的長期使用后由于振動會出現脫膠現象。也有廠家采用膠結加螺釘緊固的方式,一般情況下不會出現脫膠,由于螺釘的作用,振子脫膠后不會從振動面上落下,一般的判斷方法是用手輕搖振子的尾部,仔細觀察振動面的膠水情況做出判斷。
