1.超聲波清洗機(jī)及超聲波發(fā)生器應(yīng)放置于干燥通風(fēng)條件良好的地方，定期保養(yǎng)，并保持機(jī)器、地面潔凈。

2. 使用的電源電壓應(yīng)在380/220±5VAC范圍內(nèi)，否則易損壞電器元件。

3. 禁止將清洗機(jī)置于潮濕有腐蝕性氣體的地方，以免引起換能器和線路板故障。

4.禁止在清洗槽內(nèi)無清洗液的情況下啟動加熱器開關(guān)或超聲波開關(guān)，以免損壞加熱器件和換能器。

5. 避免硬物件直接撞擊缸底和換能器，避免強(qiáng)烈振動，勿將工件直接置于缸底表面，以免換能器脫落。?

6.使用中勿使清洗液溢出缸面，禁止用水直接沖洗機(jī)器，以免水濺入振子、電熱器或電子線路板，引起故障。

7. 定期清理缸底，機(jī)身污垢及其它附著物，保持不銹鋼機(jī)身光潔干凈，以利于長期穩(wěn)定工作。

8. 當(dāng)清洗液經(jīng)使用一段時間后變臟時，應(yīng)及時換液，清洗缸體，否則沉積物會腐蝕缸底引起穿孔滲液。

9. 當(dāng)長期不用或使用間隔時間較長時，應(yīng)放出清洗液，清理潔凈機(jī)器，用塑料薄膜打包護(hù)起。
