（1）超聲波清洗機(jī)電源及電熱機(jī)電源須有良好接地裝置。

（2）超聲波清洗機(jī)在槽中沒(méi)有水或溶劑時(shí)，千萬(wàn)不要啟動(dòng)，否則會(huì)造成空振，造成振動(dòng)頭損壞或報(bào)廢。

（10）當(dāng)需要用腐蝕性或揮發(fā)性強(qiáng)的清洗液時(shí)，可采用間接清洗的方法。即：在清洗槽內(nèi)加水，再將所需清洗液倒入適宜的容機(jī)內(nèi)并放入被清洗物，然后將裝有清洗液和清洗物的容機(jī)浸入清洗槽中，即可開始清洗工作。

(10) When corrosive or volatile cleaning liquid is required, indirect cleaning method can be adopted. That is, first add water to the cleaning tank, then pour the required cleaning liquid into the appropriate container and put it into the object to be cleaned, and then immerse the container containing the cleaning liquid and the object into the cleaning tank to start the cleaning work.

（11）超聲波清洗效果方式：超聲波清洗槽的溫度一般為30~50℃，根據(jù)不同的清洗對(duì)象正確選擇清洗劑。清洗劑一般分為水基（堿性）清洗劑、有機(jī)溶劑清洗劑和化學(xué)反應(yīng)清洗劑。通常使用多的為水基清洗劑，根據(jù)被清洗物的污染程度和污垢性質(zhì)，選用不同的清洗時(shí)間。

（12）盡量避免長(zhǎng)時(shí)間連續(xù)工作，一般不超過(guò)30分鐘為宜。每次使用完畢后應(yīng)關(guān)機(jī)20分鐘以上再次開機(jī)使用。
