全自動高壓清洗機的使用用途、高壓泵容積、保養(yǎng)次數(shù)、操作的規(guī)范性等都影響到他的正常運行狀況。大多數(shù)高壓清洗機的故障多發(fā)生在使用過程中,因此要想在根源上避免故障就應(yīng)當(dāng)在高壓清洗機設(shè)備工作時堅持規(guī)范操作,隨時監(jiān)測它的運行狀況避免高壓自動清洗機現(xiàn)場“趴窩后”找不到故障原因。一般如果自動高壓清洗機設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障要從供水、動力端、液力端幾個部分分析原因。

1,供水主要是從供水壓力、流量等情況分析。足夠的供水壓力和流量可以避免高壓清洗泵液力端內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓抽空、氣泡爆裂、氣蝕閥口的狀態(tài),從而使高壓泵的閥片和閥座的壽命得到保證。壓力主要是觀測壓力表,觀察設(shè)備的壓力表是否是設(shè)備設(shè)定的額定壓力。
1. Water supply is mainly analyzed based on water supply pressure, flow rate, and other factors. Adequate water supply pressure and flow rate can prevent negative pressure evacuation, bubble bursting, and cavitation of the valve port in the hydraulic end of the high-pressure cleaning pump, thereby ensuring the service life of the valve disc and valve seat of the high-pressure pump. The pressure mainly refers to observing the pressure gauge, observing whether the pressure gauge of the equipment is the rated pressure set by the equipment.
觀測流量是否足夠時要在高壓清洗泵工作轉(zhuǎn)速下檢測,因為有時候供水流量略有不足,清洗泵的轉(zhuǎn)速比較低情況下會出現(xiàn)假性流量充足,高壓清洗機在這種狀態(tài)下工作會對高壓泵造成非常嚴(yán)重的傷害。

Working in this state of the high-pressure cleaning machine can cause very serious damage to the high-pressure pump.
噴淋清洗機
一般來說引起供水流量不足的原因有兩種,一種是供水中雜質(zhì)比較多,沒有按照規(guī)定經(jīng)常清洗進(jìn)水濾網(wǎng),供水雜質(zhì)僅會堵塞過濾器、硌傷閥口,閥片使高壓清洗泵的閥座壽命大大降低。同時還會出現(xiàn)假性供水不足、泵組抖動的現(xiàn)象。另一種原因是地區(qū)性供水壓力不足不穩(wěn)定影響供水。

Impurities in the water supply only block the filter and damage the valve port. The valve plate greatly reduces the service life of the high-pressure cleaning pump seat. 2,動力端主要是檢查高壓清洗泵的轉(zhuǎn)速、主軸承、曲軸軸承、油冷器的溫度、高壓泵潤滑油的油量、質(zhì)量(是否按要求更換),密封墊,設(shè)備的振幅等。

The power end mainly checks the speed of the high-pressure cleaning pump, the temperature of the main bearings, crankshaft bearings, oil coolers, the amount and quality of the high-pressure pump lubricating oil (whether it is replaced as required), the sealing gasket, and the amplitude of the equipment.
3,液力端主要檢查進(jìn)排液閥、調(diào)壓閥、閥芯閥座等。進(jìn)排液閥如果關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)或者調(diào)壓密封出現(xiàn)故障會造成供水內(nèi)漏,流量減小,壓力下降。閥芯閥座如果損壞關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)也會造成溢流口泄水,壓力下降。
3. The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valves, pressure regulating valves, valve core valve seats, etc. If the inlet and outlet valves are not tightly closed or if the pressure regulating seal fails, it will cause internal leakage in the water supply, decrease the flow rate, and decrease the pressure. If the valve core and valve seat are damaged and not tightly closed, it can also cause water leakage at the overflow port and a decrease in pressure.
