超聲波清洗機(jī)設(shè)備由三部分組成:超聲波發(fā)生器(又稱超聲波電源)、換能器及其它的輔助系統(tǒng)。

超聲波發(fā)生器將工頻電轉(zhuǎn)變成 28KHZ以上的高頻電信號(hào),通過(guò)電纜輸送到換能器上。一般超聲波換能器是固定在清洗槽的底板上,清洗槽內(nèi)裝滿了液體,當(dāng)換能器被加上高頻電壓后,它的壓電陶瓷元件在電場(chǎng)作用下便產(chǎn)生縱向振動(dòng)。
The ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency electric signal into high frequency electric signal above 28kHz, which is transmitted to the transducer through the cable. Generally, ultrasonic transducer is fixed on the bottom plate of the cleaning tank, which is filled with liquid. When the transducer is applied with high frequency voltage, its piezoelectric ceramic components will produce longitudinal vibration under the action of electric field.
超聲波換能器(又稱聲頭)是一種率的換能元件,能將電能轉(zhuǎn)換成強(qiáng)有力的超聲波振動(dòng),在產(chǎn)生超聲波振動(dòng)時(shí),仿佛是一個(gè)小的活塞,振幅很小,約只有幾微米。但這個(gè)振動(dòng)加速度很大(幾十幾千個(gè));槽上具有許多個(gè)換能器,施加相同的頻率及相位的電能時(shí),就合成了一個(gè)巨大的活塞進(jìn)行往復(fù)振動(dòng),這種振動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象,就是平時(shí)我們所說(shuō)的超聲波。以下是超聲波的組成部分說(shuō)明
Ultrasonic transducer (also known as sound head) is a kind of high-efficiency energy conversion element, which can convert electric energy into strong ultrasonic vibration. When ultrasonic vibration is generated, it seems to be a small piston with a small amplitude of only a few microns. But this vibration acceleration is very large (tens to thousands); there are many transducers on the groove. When the same frequency and phase electric energy are applied, a huge piston is synthesized for reciprocating vibration. This vibration phenomenon is what we usually call ultrasonic wave. The following is a description of the components of ultrasound
(1)換能器:采用特種鋯酸鈦酸鉛PZT壓電陶瓷片組成的三明治式的振動(dòng)頭具有效率高、壽命長(zhǎng)、不易發(fā)生故障的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。換能器采用特種耐高溫、耐振動(dòng)、高粘度的樹(shù)脂膠輔以特殊的方法加以固定絕不脫落,且可耐受100℃150℃的高溫
(1) Transducer: sandwich vibrator composed of special lead zirconate titanate PZT piezoelectric ceramic plate has the advantages of high efficiency, long service life and no failure. The transducer is fixed by special resin glue with high temperature resistance, vibration resistance and high viscosity, and can withstand the high temperature of 100 ℃ and 150 ℃
(2)超聲波發(fā)生器(電源):采用功率MOS管超聲波發(fā)生器,電路,結(jié)構(gòu)完整,輔以靈敏可靠的集成控制系統(tǒng),保證了超聲波清洗機(jī)在各種負(fù)載下穩(wěn)定工作。發(fā)生器體積小巧,外觀新穎,操作十分簡(jiǎn)便,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及技術(shù)水準(zhǔn)可與國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品相媲美,一經(jīng)推出便受到了同行的重視,更得到了廣大用戶的歡迎。
(2) Ultrasonic generator (power supply): the power MOS tube ultrasonic generator is adopted. 各種超聲波發(fā)生器可獨(dú)立工作,亦可多組并聯(lián)使用,以完成大規(guī)模清洗工程。維修簡(jiǎn)單,若有一組發(fā)生故障時(shí),不影響其它各組的工作,此點(diǎn)對(duì)于生產(chǎn)線來(lái)說(shuō),更為重要。機(jī)箱內(nèi)裝有散熱風(fēng)扇施行強(qiáng)制冷風(fēng),確保長(zhǎng)期工作的性。
Various ultrasonic generators can work independently or in parallel to complete large-scale cleaning projects. The maintenance is simple. If one group fails, the work of other groups will not be affected, which is more important for the production line. The cooling fan is installed in the cabinet to implement forced cold air to ensure the safety of long-term operation.
(3)加熱及溫度控制系統(tǒng):加熱器采用鑄鋁加熱片,可耐酸堿,壽命長(zhǎng)。加熱的目的是將清洗劑加熱以增加清洗機(jī)的洗滌效果,溫度自動(dòng)控制,可在適當(dāng)范圍內(nèi)隨意調(diào)整
(3) Heating and temperature control system: the heater adopts cast aluminum heating plate, which can resist acid and alkali and has long service life. The purpose of heating is to heat the cleaning agent to increase the washing effect of the cleaning machine. The temperature is automatically controlled and can be adjusted at will within an appropriate range
(4) 清洗槽:清洗槽采用SU304不銹鋼經(jīng)氬弧焊焊制而成,槽體上設(shè)置有排渣檢修口、保溫隔聲層等
(4) Cleaning tank: the cleaning tank is made of su304 stainless steel by argon arc welding, and the tank body is provided with slag discharge access, thermal insulation and sound insulation layer
(5)槽液循環(huán)過(guò)濾系統(tǒng):在該系統(tǒng)中設(shè)有過(guò)濾器,對(duì)槽液進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)濾,以維持槽液的清潔度。當(dāng)工件出槽,經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾的液體流經(jīng)槽體上部的噴淋環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)工件進(jìn)行一次沖洗,以便沖掉工件出槽,以避免其對(duì)下道槽液造成污染。
(5) Tank liquid circulation filtration system: a filter is set in the system to dynamically filter the tank liquid to maintain the cleanliness of the tank liquid. When the workpiece is out of the tank, the filtered liquid flows through the spray link on the upper part of the tank body to wash the workpiece once, so as to flush the workpiece out of the groove, so as to avoid the contamination of the next channel liquid.
(6)輸送系統(tǒng):根據(jù)被清洗工件的形狀、體積、批量等確定超聲波清洗機(jī)的輸送方式及控制方式。典型的輸送方式有——懸鏈、網(wǎng)帶、雙鏈、步進(jìn)、電葫蘆、自行葫蘆、滾筒、轉(zhuǎn)盤、龍門架、機(jī)械手、吊籃、推盤等等。
(6) Conveying system: determine the conveying mode and control mode of ultrasonic cleaning machine according to the shape, volume and batch size of the workpiece to be cleaned. The typical conveying methods are suspension chain, mesh belt, double chain, stepping, electric hoist, self-propelled hoist, drum, turntable, gantry, manipulator, basket, pusher, etc.
(7)噴淋漂洗系統(tǒng):根據(jù)被清洗工件的表面狀況,有的清洗機(jī)配備噴淋漂洗工序,將超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái)。(8烘干系統(tǒng):根據(jù)被清洗工件的狀況,有的清洗機(jī)配備烘干系統(tǒng),烘干系統(tǒng)主要由加熱器、風(fēng)機(jī)、吹風(fēng)噴嘴等組成,溫度自動(dòng)控制。
(7) Spray rinsing system: according to the surface condition of the workpiece to be cleaned, some cleaning machines are equipped with spray rinsing process, which organically combines ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning. (8) drying system: according to the condition of the workpiece to be cleaned, some cleaning machines are equipped with drying system. The drying system is mainly composed of heater, fan and blowing nozzle, with automatic temperature control.
