清洗功能是多槽超聲波清洗機(jī)的基本功能，清洗槽一般在左側(cè)，此槽配有超聲波振子，振子一般放在底部或者側(cè)面，起到超聲波清洗的目的，是整個(gè)清洗過程的道工序，也是主要程序。

烘干槽一般是一道工序，清洗完畢后，實(shí)現(xiàn)清洗槽烘干的功能，這樣保證了工件清潔、干燥，避免二次污染，此槽一般配有鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，并可以加熱，實(shí)現(xiàn)封閉式環(huán)繞加熱烘干。

The drying tank is usually the last process. After cleaning, the function of drying the cleaning tank is achieved, which ensures the cleanliness and dryness of the workpiece and avoids secondary pollution. This tank is usually equipped with a blower and can be heated to achieve closed loop heating and drying.

是否自動(dòng)化

如果點(diǎn)的多槽清洗機(jī)，會(huì)加一個(gè)機(jī)械臂，這樣實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)功能，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)物件自動(dòng)換槽，不必再人工去換槽，免去了人力，但是這種會(huì)比較昂貴。

If a more advanced multi slot cleaning machine is equipped with a robotic arm, it can achieve fully automatic function and automatically change slots for objects without the need for manual replacement, saving manpower. However, this type of machine will be relatively expensive.
