01保險(xiǎn)絲熔斷/損壞

01 fuse blown / damaged

分析:如果開(kāi)機(jī)后發(fā)現(xiàn)電源指示燈不亮,在排除線路沒(méi)電(即停電或者沒(méi)有供電)的情況外,首要檢查對(duì)象就是設(shè)備保險(xiǎn)絲。

Analysis: if the power indicator is not on after the power on, the first object to be checked is the equipment fuse, excluding the case of no power (i.e. power failure or no power supply).

檢測(cè):卸下保險(xiǎn),仔細(xì)看看是否有斷裂,另外可以用萬(wàn)用表通斷檔進(jìn)行檢測(cè),如果確認(rèn)是保險(xiǎn)絲的問(wèn)題,要分析保險(xiǎn)熔斷的原因,然后更換零部件,開(kāi)機(jī)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

Detection: remove the fuse and carefully check whether it is broken. In addition, use the multimeter to detect whether it is on or off. If it is confirmed that it is a fuse problem, first analyze the cause of fuse fusing, then replace the parts and start the machine for testing.

02振子損壞或脫膠

分析:由于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間處于啟動(dòng)狀態(tài),溫度會(huì)逐漸上升,導(dǎo)致膠體融化,換能器脫落或換能器陶瓷部分?jǐn)嗔选?/p>

Analysis: due to a long time in the start-up state, the temperature will gradually rise, resulting in colloid melting, transducer falling off or partial fracture of transducer ceramic.

檢測(cè):用搖表測(cè)量換能器的絕緣強(qiáng)度,絕緣強(qiáng)度在200MΩ以下不能再使用,需要更換換能器,換能器的內(nèi)部陶瓷也因長(zhǎng)期使用而斷裂,使其無(wú)法正常工作。

Test: measure the insulation strength of the transducer with a megger, and the insulation strength is 200m Ω The transducer can no longer be used and needs to be replaced. The internal ceramic of the transducer is also broken due to long-term use, which makes it unable to work normally.

03功率管損壞

03 power tube damaged

分析:主板上的功率管由于機(jī)器持續(xù)使用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)或不間斷使用、清洗劑使用太少,可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致功率管出現(xiàn)短路情況。

Analysis: the power tube on the motherboard may be short circuited due to the long continuous use of the machine or the lack of cleaning agent.

檢測(cè):當(dāng)功率連接在主板時(shí),用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量功率管兩側(cè)管腳的阻值,正常情況下應(yīng)在22Ω左右。拆卸功率管后(與主板斷開(kāi)連接),測(cè)量其各個(gè)管腳間應(yīng)是不通的。

Detection: when the power is connected to the motherboard, use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the pins on both sides of the power tube. Normally, it should be at 22 Ω about. After the power tube is removed (disconnected from the motherboard), the measurement should not be connected between the pins.

04穩(wěn)壓管損壞

04 stabilizer pipe damaged

分析:穩(wěn)壓管的損壞一般是在功率管阻值小或短路后,開(kāi)機(jī)造成的,其本身是極少損壞的。

Analysis: the damage of the regulator tube is generally caused by starting the power tube after the resistance value is small or short circuit, which is rarely damaged.

檢測(cè):根據(jù)二極管特性,正向?qū)?,反向截。用萬(wàn)用表二極管檔測(cè)量,正向阻值70Ω左右,反向∞。如數(shù)值偏差過(guò)大或正向阻值也是∞,更換新穩(wěn)壓管。

Detection: according to the diode characteristics, forward conduction, reverse up. Measure with diode of multimeter, positive resistance is 70 Ω Left and right, reverse ∞. If the value deviation is too large or the positive resistance value is ∞, replace with a new regulator.

05控制板的損壞(可調(diào)超聲波清洗器)

05 damage of control board (adjustable ultrasonic cleaner)

分析:長(zhǎng)時(shí)間連續(xù)工作,元器件老化有關(guān),還有和有時(shí)會(huì)滲入清洗液有關(guān)。

Analysis: long time continuous work, components aging, and sometimes infiltration of cleaning fluid.

檢測(cè):在機(jī)器不工作情況下,斷開(kāi)控制板與主板的連接。把主板通電,如機(jī)器工作,則表示控制板損壞,需要更換。

Detection: when the machine is not working, disconnect the control board from the main board. Power on the main board. If the machine works, it means that the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced.

06電感、隔離變壓器的損壞

06 damage of inductance and isolation transformer

分析:由于機(jī)器長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作,電感,變壓器屬于散熱元件,其本身有可能會(huì)因溫度過(guò)高而融化,燒毀,造成短路。

Analysis: because the machine works for a long time, the inductance and transformer are heat dissipation elements, which may melt and burn due to high temperature, resulting in short circuit.

檢測(cè):電感、變壓器的損壞,大多數(shù)情況下直觀能看出燒壞的痕跡,更換新器件。

Detection: the damage of inductor and transformer can be seen directly in most cases, and new devices can be replaced.
