在不同的超聲波清洗機(jī)使用的時(shí)候需要注意什么。使用任何東西都會(huì)有很多忌諱的地方，就是平時(shí)咱們說(shuō)的需要注意的地方。超聲波清洗機(jī)也不例外。超聲波清洗機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候有震蕩的聲音，加入清洗液是方便的。

在超聲波清洗機(jī)工作的時(shí)候盡量不要增加溫度，防止不能進(jìn)行正常的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。清潔劑需要控制安 全性，禁止有其他異常物體落入超聲波清洗機(jī)里面去。同時(shí)就是不能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的工作，需要經(jīng)常的對(duì)清洗機(jī)進(jìn)行清洗和保養(yǎng)。

一、萬(wàn)一有異物落入槽底應(yīng)立即取出；

1、 In case of foreign matter falling into the bottom of the tank, it shall be taken out immediately;

二、換液或排液時(shí)，應(yīng)在槽中清洗液為常溫的情況下進(jìn)行，且一定要關(guān)機(jī)并抽掉電源線；

2、 When changing or discharging liquid, it should be carried out when the cleaning liquid in the tank is at room temperature, and be sure to shut down and pull out the power cord;

三、經(jīng)常清洗和清洗槽中的污垢；

3、 Clean and remove the dirt in the cleaning tank frequently;

四、每次開機(jī)工作時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，建議開機(jī)8小時(shí)左右應(yīng)停機(jī)幾分鐘散熱，以便更好地保養(yǎng)機(jī)器；

4、 The working time of each startup should not be too long. It is recommended to shut down for a few minutes after startup for about 8 hours, so as to better maintain the machine;

五、超聲波清洗機(jī)正常運(yùn)行時(shí)候，應(yīng)聽得到超聲波與槽體諧振的均勻聲音，清洗液表面無(wú)激蕩，只有空穴爆破引起的水花，如果有間斷性振蕩，請(qǐng)加入些許清洗液或減少些許清洗液，振蕩有利于清洗物件；

5、 During the normal operation of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, you should hear the uniform sound of the resonance between the ultrasonic wave and the tank body. There is no agitation on the surface of the cleaning fluid, only the water spray caused by hole blasting. 六、在保證清洗物件潔凈的前提下，盡可能不加溫和間斷性工作，因?yàn)榧訙睾烷L(zhǎng)時(shí)間超聲使箱內(nèi)積聚的溫度升高，易加速箱內(nèi)電子器件的老化；

6、 On the premise of ensuring the cleanness of the cleaned objects, do not heat up and work intermittently as much as possible, because heating and long-time ultrasound increase the temperature accumulated in the box, which is easy to accelerate the aging of electronic devices in the box;

七、不能使用易燃的清潔劑；

7、 Do not use flammable cleaners;

八、當(dāng)清洗槽無(wú)清洗液時(shí)，不能開啟加熱器或超聲波；

8、 When there is no cleaning solution in the cleaning tank, the heater or ultrasonic cannot be turned on;

九、防止清洗液和水濺入機(jī)箱內(nèi)和震子上。

9、 Prevent cleaning fluid and water from splashing into the chassis and on the vibrator.
