超聲波清洗機的清洗效果好,操作簡單,人們所聽到的聲音是頻率20-20000Hz的信號,高于20000Hz的聲波稱之為超聲波清洗機,聲波的傳遞依照正弦曲線縱向傳播,產(chǎn)生大量小氣泡 。一個原因是液體內(nèi)局部出現(xiàn)拉應力而形成負壓,壓強的降低使原來溶于液體的氣體過飽和,而從液體逸出,成為小氣泡,另一原因是強大的拉應力把液體“撕開”成一空洞,稱為空化。

1. 超聲波清洗機在進行操作時使用的電源是采用三芯插座(相線、零線、地線)。

2. 超聲波清洗機的清洗槽內(nèi)必須要加入清洗液或者是水,其清洗液或者是水的液面不得低于清洗槽高度的三分之二(位置應于網(wǎng)籃上沿口平齊)。清洗時,請根據(jù)不同的清洗要求,添加洗滌劑,加強清洗效率,所有洗滌劑必須符合不腐蝕清洗機內(nèi)槽、機體的要求。
