當(dāng)移動(dòng)架滑塊因故障超越行程時(shí)，機(jī)器將自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)行，此時(shí)應(yīng)在手動(dòng)狀態(tài)下，用手動(dòng)方式將滑動(dòng)塊返回正常位置。若在自動(dòng)運(yùn)行情況下多次出現(xiàn)上述現(xiàn)象，則應(yīng)停機(jī)檢修感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)及行程開(kāi)關(guān)；

每4-6個(gè)月，應(yīng)拆去傳動(dòng)部門罩板對(duì)滾動(dòng)軸承和鏈輪涂覆2#鈣基潤(rùn)滑脂及對(duì)減速器調(diào)換20#機(jī)油；

Every 4-6 months, the cover plate of the transmission department shall be removed, the rolling bearing and sprocket shall be coated with 2# calcium base grease, and the reducer shall be replaced with 20# engine oil;

定期停機(jī)查抄各部門緊固螺栓，如發(fā)明松動(dòng)應(yīng)重新緊固，方可繼承利用；

Regularly stop the machine and check the fastening bolts of each department. If they are loose, they should be tightened again before they can be inherited and used;

烘干槽：每隔一星期應(yīng)對(duì)烘干旋轉(zhuǎn)桶滾動(dòng)軸承注黃油(烘干桶側(cè)面有一注油孔)；

Drying tank: Grease shall be injected into the rolling bearing of the drying rotating barrel every other week (there is an oil injection hole on the side of the drying barrel);

自動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，關(guān)閉區(qū)洗籃的地位及傳送，只能由機(jī)器臂決定。克制人工參與旋轉(zhuǎn)洗籃或搬動(dòng)清洗。
