(3)可采用鍍鋅及不銹鋼外殼，內(nèi)部配噴淋管道，封閉經(jīng)過式通道。整機為全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，采用不銹鋼或(方通)骨架焊接而成，清洗機上罩部分采用單層結(jié)構(gòu)，采用不銹鋼鋼板制作，外貼有保溫層，降低能耗。

儲液箱采用單層結(jié)構(gòu)，采用SUS304不銹鋼板制作；內(nèi)部用隔板分成幾個區(qū)域，分別實現(xiàn)對清洗液的過濾、鐵屑的沉淀、濾油、分油；儲液箱設(shè)有補水口、排液口、溢水口。底部為兩邊向中間傾斜，清洗液從液箱底部的排液口集中排出。

液箱裝有液位控制器，液位異常時及時提醒補水、停水。異常情況實現(xiàn)緊急停機。

防銹箱內(nèi)部裝有不銹鋼電加熱器，在30～60分鐘內(nèi)將液體由室溫升使用溫度。溫度自動控制在10～90℃范圍，人工設(shè)定、自動控制。設(shè)有溫控儀表自動顯示。液箱外貼保溫棉，防止熱量散發(fā)。
