However, due to poor connection between the vibrator and the vibrating surface, the vibration effect of the vibrating surface is not good, and the vibrator may burn out after a long time. The method of dealing with the debonding of the vibrator is very complicated. In general, it can only be sent to the manufacturer for processing. An effective way to prevent the vibrator from debonding is to be careful not to collide with the vibrating surface during normal use.
4.全自動超聲波清洗機振動面破孔:一般情況下,傳感器過載數(shù)年后,振動面可能出現(xiàn)破孔。這是因為振動表面上的不銹鋼板長期受到高頻振動的疲勞。振動表面上的破孔表明傳感器的使用壽命已經(jīng)結(jié)束,一般只能更換。
